Love ..

Ok, so I'm in this hopelessly romantic-bubble, these past weeks ..

Yeah, a girl has been single for quite a while/ a long time and not to be giving you the ahww-poor-me-impression, I just need to get used to that fact! Maybe It's because of the give-a-rose,-buy-me-dinner-and-lets-get-romantic-this-one-time-a-year fest that is coming up.

Valentine's day grrr ..

Ok, I'm not hatin', 'cause love IS my middle name,
BUT isn't it just a lil' TOO overrated?
Yes, I've celebrated it and it wasn't always pleasant ..
We were still human and even on Valentine's day, ex and me could get a little angry! Not everything is perfect, lovey-dovey on V-day ..

Ok, so I had my bad experiences .. but it got me thinking ..

"Shouldn't everyday be Valentine's day?"

I agree!

Love, and all it stands for, included!
To me, Love is even the hard times!
Love is sooooo deep! Love is losing, but also gaining ..
It's everything we want to feel, but scared to hold on to!
Love is amazing, even when it sucks when you get hurt,
but then it heals all ..
It basically does and is everything!

And I love it!!

That's why I loved that movie yesterday: Valentine's day!
It wasn't too overrated and pretty cute ..
It didn't make you wanna throw up!
And no, I didn't watched it with somebody of the opposite sex ..

No, just with my girls! And we had FUN!

I actually don't need a boyfriend to remind me of being loved on or beyond V-day! God already did in 1 Corin 13 and He shows it to me everyday!

FYI , I'm in love already ..
With God and my family!

With them I'll celebrate Valentine's day!
