Sur de la mode

As a graduated-fashion student, I cant just not talk about fashion on my own blog!
So for all my haute-de-la-mode readers and fabric amoreux, I give you:

Frizz sur de la mode

Now, in my tweens (199?), One of my many fashion dreams was wearing that Lisa Bonet-hippie look!

I thought it was a cool x sexy way to dress! But the thing that excited me more: I knew her mother had nothin' to do with her choice of clothing! What a dream! Unfortunately, my mama had everything to do with my wardrobe! From colour to fabric .. EVERYTHING!

So now, through the years, I've developed my own style x taste. And I dig it!

But it wasn't until last week that I felt like there was something missin' my closet ...

I was in search of amazing sale items and I started thinking 'bout my childhood dream dress. I always had this wish of owning a hippie flowerdress (ala Lisa B.), with army boots and that long Lisa B. hair .. well for 1) I'm not the weave type of girl, 2) thank God army boots are back again, but 3) I pretty much gave up on the dress ..

Until I googled ..

Thank the Lord it's back! It's called the mini flower dress and I'm gonna search high and low to own at least 2! I know what I'm gonna wear this spring/summer! And don't worry, I'll make it fly n getto! Watch me!
